Ada Saldivar, the owner of Ketzal Foods, started the online store out of an opportunity to step away from her corporate job and fulfill her dream of entrepreneurship. Ketzal Foods is authentic Mexican packaged food that you make at home. Ketzal Foods sells 10 types of Mole sauces(the Mexican curry). Also, we sell Cafe de Olla, a pour-over coffee from Veracruz. We also sell spices and rare-to-find chiles with more items to come.
Our mission is to sell simple-to-make products that are not readily available outside of Mexico, with clean and healthy ingredients. All of our products are vegan and without the processed junk you don’t need in your food; just delicious Mexican food! Buen Provecho.
