Evette Lemoine-Fernandez is the proud owner of Jacksonville Cake Decorating Supplies. This journey started in 2011, she was inspired by Bishop Zink who preached “God does not give you talent to sit on it”. That message broke all her fears and with the support of her husband and the guidance of SBDC former director Kevin Monahan The business was launched in 2014. Her shop offers quality cake and bakery supplies at affordable prices. The brick and mortar shop offers in person classes in cake decorating, cookie decorating, cupcake decorating, classes for making Gumpaste Flowers, how to work with modeling chocolate and more. In her journey, Evette decided to go back to school and get her Pastry Chef diploma, graduating January 2020.
