D & E Management Solutions founder Alejandro Diaz has managed staff for over thirty-five years. He has worked in a variety of industries and with companies such as KPMG, Kaiser Permanente, Gannett, UPS, non-profits, and startups. Alejandro has collaborated with RNs, MBAs, project managers, sales teams, dock workers, union employees, social workers, physicians, clinicians, IT Personnel, programmers, VPs, Directors, managers, and firm Partners. Early on in his career he realized that treating people with respect and dignity is essential to the success of any venture.
